***NOT A REMOTE POSITION | OFFICE LOCATION IS IN TAMPA, FLORIDA***

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble footage into a finished project that adheres to Diamond

  • View's brand guidelines, matches the director's vision and achieves the client's goals.

  • Bring sight and sound together to tell a cohesive and compelling story;

  • Review raw footage;

  • Determine scene value and contribution to continuity to determine the proper sequence of the commercial.

  • Input music, effects, dialogue, and graphics when appropriate;

  • Discover and implement new editing technologies/techniques based on industry best practices.

  • Independently manage the organization of project media and assets throughout the editorial process.

  • Take the initiative to stay current regarding editing and motion design trends (both creative and tech) to help ensure the company remains competitive in its field.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years as an editor/motion graphics artist with experience and comprehension of corporate branding and informational graphic design.

  • Proven editing and motion graphic skills in Adobe Creative Suite;

  • Strong project management, communication skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.

  • Able to self-manage and independently determine timelines and deliverables utilizing independent and experienced judgment.

  • Ability to multi-task and communicate well with others.

  • Ability to take client feedback gracefully and incorporate it into revisions.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years relevant industry experience;

  • Proficiency in Premiere and Adobe After Effects.

  • Submission of demo reel/portfolio

Minimum Education:

  • High school diploma.

  • Relevant training (e.g. production courses) will be an advantage.
