This video production for the Carolina Hurricanes was utilized as a stadium opener. We really wanted to amplify the art direction of this sports video. With the help of the client, we gathered nostalgic memorabilia and used them to enhance the scene. We shot this video production on lomo to capture that nostalgic feeling. The lens we used added character, giving it a filmic feel. To represent the Carolina Hurricanes, we decided to show a hurricane rolling in. The weather was beautiful on the day of the shoot, which created a challenge for us. Our talented VFX artist and editor was able to overcome this challenge by designing a sky replacements in post production.
