This is one of those fantastic video production projects where the fun is all about performance and set design. We experimented with dead-pan humor and uncomfortable situations to highlight customer frustration. The overall tone and look really set up the environment for locked-down cameras, and for letting the moments speak for themselves. With the idea of not adding any music at the end, our video editors brought this commercial to life with creative sound design. That really separates this piece from others like it, and that's what you want from video advertising - to be entertaining and memorable.
